One of the things I've found with working with people for over 30 years is that having an oceanview is often a dream. Ocean view homes in Carmel are quite varied. If you've not been to Carmel California,oceanviews come with different prices, just as the homes do. The best Carmel ocean view homes are probably either on Senic Road or San Antonio. Carmel ocean front homes are even rarer, and generally command the highest price. We're not talking a big selection, but the oceanviews of Carmel River beach over the lagoon area quite beautiful. Carmel has a fairly broad reach of variety in ocean view homes.Carmel stretches from the town proper, south a ways to Carmel Highlands, Malpaso, Spindrift, Otters Cove and then to Big Sur. Ocean views in this region of the south tend to be more of the drama on the rocks. When you're at Carmel Point,ocean views often include the beach.
