Pot Belly Beach-Capitola beach front living

Just up the coast from Seacliff is the exclusive Pot Belly Beach area. This area is similar to Los Olas, in that it too,is on the sand. It is a private community that is hidden and likes to stay so. There is relatively little property here that come available and most parcels start at 5M and up. This private enclave is cash only, so no loans are allowed. It features an upper and lower area, on the sand and on the cliffs above.

Living here you can enjoy the panoramic views from Pacific Grove to Capitola and miles of wide open beaches. These beach homes also each own 1/17 interest in adjoining 20 acres of green belt/forest.

Pot Belly Beach is in between Capitola and Aptos, so search in both areas of Capitola and Seacliff. Start your searches at least 2 million and most likely twice that.Rarely do homes become available. Contact me if you want to be here.
