Forest Hill Neighborhood in Pacific Grove

The Pacific Grove neighbood of Forest Hill is located at the top of Forest Avenue and Prescott and David Avenues. Essentially at the top of Pacific Grove. This is a newer neighborhood than most of Pacific Grove. Homes for sale here typically were built from the 1950's-1970's. Because you're at the apex of the hill, this general area may be covered in a few different MLS area searchs.

Forest Hill Neighborhood in Pacific Grove

As you approach the Forest Hill neighborhood from Hwy 68 from Monterey you'll notice on the right the Presidio of Monterey. On the other side of the street is Pacific Grove’s Del Monte Park neighborhood to the west and the Country Club Gate neighborhood further west of that.

The Forest Hill neighborhood is a more affordable neighborhood in Pacific Grove. It's walkable to the restaurants and the Safeway shopping center, as well as Hillcrest Park. This area is more where the locals live who don't want to be down by the water.As it's a bit higher up the sun breaks for the Forest Hill neighborhood sooner than other areas.
