The Washington Park -Marino Pines neighborhoods in Pacific Grove are a roughly rectangular area.The Washington Park neighborhood is from Lighthouse to just past Washington Park to  17 mile drive, and up to Sunset and then roughly connecting with Cypress Avenue and Congress. The southern most area where Marino Pines and touches the edge of Pacific Grove High School. This large fairly flat neighborhood has mostly standard sized city lots.
