They generally consist of 1 and 2 bedroom units, though there are a few 3 bedrooms, up to about 1200 square feet. They have vaulted ceilings on the upper units with give these units a light and airy feeling, and most have fireplaces. There usually is a nice deck from which you can get views of the city lightsThis is a gated complex that's very walkable, and it has elevators as well. It also has gated parking underneath the structures. There is a pool and clubhouse for amenities. As of 2020 the dues were $609 monthly. This complex has an elevator to reach the upper levels.
