Pine Terrace condominiums is a large complex for Carmel proper. The Pine Terrace condominium complex consists of 19 units. There are some one and two bedroom condominiums in Carmel for sale periodically in this complex locate at the top of Mission Street at Third. These Carmel condomiums range in size from about 800 square feet to approximately 1400 square feet. Some of these are Carmel ocean view condominiums, which make them rare and desirable. They have covered parking. These units have fireplaces as well as nice little balcony's.
