Country Club Estates-Rio Del Mar -Seascape Neighborhood

Country Club Estates is located on both sides of Clubhouse Drive, in Aptos. This neighborhood has a varied terrain, wide roads and nice homes, The streets in one area area primarily from Scottish Golf Courses, with the names of Baltusrol, St Andrews, and Wingfoot, This large neighborhood was done in several phases. Some of the newer homes are off of Pinehurst Drive, across from the acclaimed Rio Del Mar Elemtary School. Those will have names like Pebble Beach, Tamarack, and Greenbrier. These Rio Del Mar homes straddle the area between it and Seascape. The homes in Country Club Estates are usually larger homes, on 1/4 acre lots, and varied architectural styles. Some of the homes abut the Seascape Golf Course, and have ocean views.
