This real estate development consists of single and two story homes of a Callifornia Spanish/Mediterranean flavor. These homes have a nice central location with close proximity to schools and shops. The main entry street off of Rio Del Mar Boulevard is Spanish Bay, with Spyglass, and Augusta being the other streets. Rio Highlands homes are walkable to Aptos Junior High school, Deluxe Foods shopping center and are about 2 miles to Aptos High or the acclaimed Rio Del Mar elementary school.
