Rio Del Mar is a delightful place to have a beach home. Miles of long sandy beaches and views of the Monterey Bay. If you want to life a bit, away from all the traffic, having a place in a gated community is a way to go. Rio Surf & Sand is located at the end of Beach drive, in Rio Del Mar, Ca. Most of the homes fronting the beach were built in the 60's with a few updated or even one or two new ones. The homes on the hill side of the street were developed at the entrance, but more in the 2000's saw more homes built with a different design style out of concrete.
