Head over to Moore Creek Preserve off of Meder street to hike through meadows w/ views of the Monterey Bay. Round Tree condominiums are a large complex of approximately 160 units. They are usually 2 bedroom 1 baths units of about 1000 square feet. They have a fenced back patio that one can access the carports from. The 3 bedroom 2 bath units are about 1200 square feet and don't come up very often. The street names will be Peach Terrace, Castillion Terrace and Palo Verde Terrace.
