Las Palmas is a large subdivision with a number of different homeowner's associations located in the country area south of Salinas and west of Monterey. These are accessed off of River Road from Hwy 68. This gated development has entry level homes all the way up to large 4000+ square foot executive homes with commanding views of the Salinas Valley. Las Palmas has a number of different sizes and types of homes. Included in this development is the Buena Vista Middle School.  There's Las  Palmas 1 and Las Palmas 2 developments. Each has something a bit different to offer the Las Palmas home buyer.

Crowne Point homes are the largest and most desirable of this gated community. Those homes are often 4 or more bedrooms and  can range in excess of 4000 square feet are located at the very top of the development. These large homes will often be situated on an acre or more of land.

There are several different phases, with Phase 1 being separated from the other development further down River Road. It will have names like River Run,Country Park, Winding Creek, Riverbend and a few others. These are entry level homes that give one a country neighborhood feel, and range up to 5 bedrooms and in the mid 2000 square foot range. These developments have a gate or guard entrance for your security.
