Moore Creek Estates is a lovely development that is very close the UCSC. It's been a favorite of professors and professionals for many years. This approximately 44 unit Santa Cruz luxury home development on the upper west side, was really out in the country when it was done. This luxury home development was one of the nicest in Santa Cruz for many years. They featured larger homes than most with varied and interesting designs. The Moore Creek trails are adjoining. Most of these homes are 3+ bedrooms and in the 2500-3500 square foot range.They are generally on a 1/4 acre lot. The streets are names Moore Creek Road, Ravenswood Court, and Stoneybrook Way.
