Scottsborough Townhomes were another Hal Porter development project in the mid 80's. These shingled townhomes are terraced up the hill, off of Lundy Lane, off of Whispering Pines. They are primarily 2 bedrooms, though there are 3 bedroom units as well. They have oak interiors with tile kitchens and baths. They have in many cases tandem garages, which are different. The complex has a nice pool at the top, which is a relaxing way to escape the heat. At the foot of the complex is a nice little park as well. They have views of Scotts Valley and have a nice central location so one can walk for a coffee or dinner or to shop.
