Seascape Beach Estates is located at the end of Clubhouse Drive in Rio Del Mar. This gated development has a premier location at the end of Clubhouse Drive, and in my mind is the beginning Seascape. The homes all have ocean views, with the lower level, on the ocean side, having oceanfront settings. Some of these homes are real luxury homes, more often the oceanfront ones, while others are just beach homes that have given years of family joy.This development has several levels, with Via Campagna at the top and Via Gaviota at the bottom. Seascape Beach Estates neighborhood

These home are often 2000-3000 square feet. Most homes are 3 bedroom, though there are some 2 and 4 bedroom ones as well. Many of these homes are single level, though the down hill ones are mostly 2 or more levels to engage the lovely ocean views. There are approximately 80 homes in this development. This ocean front enclave is probably an equal mix of residents and second home owners. From anywhere in here ,just walk down the hill and the lovely sandy Seascape beach stretches for miles. You can see the Palo Alto cement ship in Seacliff as well as the waves crashing out at Pleasure Point. What a great place to get away from it all. Driving to dine in Rio Del Mar or Seascape shopping center or Deer Park shopping are all only about a 5 minute drive.
