Senior Adult Condominiums in Santa Cruz County

Santa Cruz County has just a few condominium complexes that are exclusively for adults. Most condominiums are all age. Some of these Adult Condominims are 55+, and others are 62+. In general these developments will require the primary occupant to be the age required and the spouse to be within 10 years of the required age. So be aware if there is a big age differential or if there one of the you who is below the age threshold. Also some of our complexes fall under the category of " Affordable Housing" and that is restrictive to some buyers.
