The Silver Oaks Townhome development was constructed in 2013-2014 by the Holcomb Corporation, which builds nice developments. This 28 unit PUD townhome development met a need for a nice open floor plan. These units have high soaring ceilings of 20 feet and have wood floors, granite kitchens and stainless appliances. The units are all larger 3 bedroom 2.5 baths around 1800 square feet each.They have lots of light.

This location is great for the urban dweller who wants to be a bit out from the center, but not out in the woods. You are roughly 1-2 miles from Capitola, Aptos and Soquel. Nearby within walking distance are places to eat,  get a few groceries, attend a fitness or academic classes or get fresh veggies at the Aptos farmers market.
