Soquel Knolls Condominiums in Soquel

Soquel Knolls is accessed off of Robertson/ Soquel Wharf Road and is almost right across from West Walnut Street in Soquel. These units are similar in design as the Capitola Shores in that there are building and then unit numbers. There are 2 single level units and 2 townhouse style units in each building. A unit #1 is the single level ground floor. Soquels Knolls units are in groups of 4 and have a common washer dryer for each cluster. They are either 2 bedroom units with 1 bathroom and about 900 square feet and the 3 bedroom units that are about 1150 square feet. They have 1 covered and one space behind it for parking as well as some guest parkiing.

Soquel Knolls consists of 100 units and are nicely spread around on streets with the name of Topsail and Starboard Ct. There is a big grassy area that is fun to throw the ball or frisbee around on as well as a nice pool for amenities. This complex backs to the shopping center that has a Safeway, is an easy walk to there or neaby to Nob Hill for grocery shopping. Walking downtown Soquel for coffee or dinner is fairly easy as well as going to the library. Some of the units have lovely views of the Soquel hills.
