Seacrest Luxury Executive Homes in Soquel

The Seacrest neighborhood development done in the early 2000's and featured a mix of company built semi custom homes. These homes were large and generally range between 3000-5000 square feet. These Soquel luxury homes are a mix of single level and two story designs. Most all are 2 story, some have a sort of French Country look.The streets are Yardarm Court, Mainsail Place, Pyrite Drive, Transom Ct and the main road up the hill is Panorama Drive, in Soquel. There were many lots sold as well with custom homes built on them. This Standard Pacific executive home development sports some beautiful ocean views and most of the lots are very flat as they are at the top of a plateau. The lots vary in size with the larger ones having several acres. The development sits on 100 acres, with the 30 lots taking up 60 acres and the other 40 being used as a greenbelt. A very nice area you would never suspect exists to close to town, generally starting at $2,000,000 and up.
