The area has a postal code of Soquel,95073, but is really located in between Soquel and Aptos. This 40 unit complex was constructed in 1981 and is a PUD ownership with a townhouse style of construction. These contemporary townhomes are centrally located near beaches, restaurants, shopping , farmers market, Cabrillo College & easy freeway access. They have spacious, light filled  rooms with vaulted ceilings. They have a fireplace for those cool romantic evenings after you're done strolling at the beach. The kitchens opens out to a private patio and back yard .Garages are detached.
