These Forest Ridge condominiums are generally around 1000-1200 square feet in size. They have west side decks, come of which have lovely forest views and others with ocean views of Pebble Beach. See if these Monterey condominiums at Tanglewood are a place you want to call home. The HOA as of 2019 was $550 and covered common area electricity, Exterior Painting,roof, garbage, water and sewer Insurance, and landscaping. There are no amenities to speak of.
