It has a tennis court for an amenity and a path to Niscene Marks Park, which is great for running or walking the dog. Tania's Court Townhomes are 2 or 3 bedrooms and generally are around 1800-2000 square feet, so they are spacious units. They have 1 or 2 car attached garages. The HOA is named Courtside Commons.
