The Shoreline is a nice little cliff side development done in the late 60's and is outside the community of La Selva Beach. Above it is the Manresa Uplands State Campgrounds. Down the road is Manresa Beach for those who like to surf or boogy board. If you want a prime ocean view property, this location is about as good as it gets. The Shoreline townhomes

The Shoreline is a development that is on the cliffs overlooking the blue pacific ocean with miles of crashing whitewater and waves. This gated development is unusual in that it has a mixture of homes and townhomes. The Shoreline is a strand of townhomes that are stilt built properties that sit over the sand.They are usually 3 levels built down the cliff's face to the sand. They are either 2 or 3 bedroom and have access right to the sand from several access points. The development is gated and above on Seahorse are some homes that also have nice ocean view but are not behind thegates. The units all have wonderful ocean and vary in their improvements. These rarely go for less than 1.3M as of about 2014. If you are looking for one of these let me know as they generally don't come available very often.
