The Town House in Pacific Grove

As the name states it, it's really your house in town in Pacific Grove. It's not even town house style so don't worry about stairs. These 22 units are single level condominiums. They typically are 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms approximately 1200 square feet. They have nice layouts and also have a gas fireplace for those chilly days.These units have parking below the building. One can usually park in front too as there's usually street parking if you need to dash in and get something. I think these are nice units that anyone who enjoys Pacific Grove can appreciate for their walkability. The 4th level does have some ocean view but those are generational units that rarely are available. I believe that this development was originally constructed in 1963 and later converted to condominiums around 1987.These are affordable and the only downtown units before the Holman Building condominums were developed around 2019.
