La Selva Beach Condominiums and Townhomes

The Trestles Beach Townhomes development is one that you have to know about. You can't just wander around and find it, which is really nice. It is really private, and many people just use them as second homes. Great place to hole up for a quiet get away from it all and write a book or be romantic. There is a pool and tennis club you can join that is within easy walking distance, if you are not just there for the beach.These on the bluff ocean fronting townhomes are about a 5 minute walk to the beach below. They are a Cape Cod style design with natural wood shingles. There is a clubhouse for kids to play ping pong or get out of the house to. This is a safe, gated development, within the Las Barrancos development that feels isolated, but really isnt. It's about 10 minutes to nearby restaurants, in Seascape or Watsonville.

These townhomes are 2 or 3 bedroom and range from 1300-1800 square feet with most of the 3 bedrooms being 1500 square foot range. These cannot be short term vacation rented, per the CC&R's. These seldom come on the market. In 2010 there were a few for sale that closed around $1,000,000, so even in "tough" times there is a market for great locations. These are either searched under La Selva Beach ( area 51) or Rio Del Mar/Seascape ( area 48) if you're doing a separate search for them. See if Trestle Beach townhomes are a place you'd like to call home.
