Villa Nueva condominium complex is a 6 story complex of mostly single level units. In the tower building there are one and two bedroom units. They have one car carports and 2 car depending on whether you have a 3 bedroom or not in the adjacent townhomes that were added later.

This complex is well maintained and close to all the things an urban dweller would want, all within walking distance. The units are 1,2 and 3 bedrooms and are generally between 650-1250 square feet in size.They are located off of Ocean Street, just down from the county building.The tower had mostly 2 bedroom 1 bath 800 square foot units. Some have lovely views towards the mountains.The others look toward the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and some even have an ocean view.

This association has a pool and clubhouse and the surrounding townhomes are still part of this HOA.The building has locked entrance doors and and elevator, clubhouse, and a laundry facility.

Over 60,000 people call Santa Cruz home from students to professors to surfers and other professionals. The city is very popular as a vacation destination with it's seaside location, agriculture, and educational opportunities. This complex is close to San Lorenzo Park and it is easy to walk for all your needs from this location. One can walk to most everywhere, for groceries, movies or other shopping. This complex can't be vacation rented, but is nice for a second home or for the urban dweller.
