The Villas of Capitola are mostly 2 bedroom units though there are some 1 bedroom units as well as the rare 3 bedroom model. The are grouped together and for the 2 bedroom units range from about 850-1000 square feet. This complex is one of the largest ones in Capitola and has access off of Clares and 46th avenue. They have carports for parking, common laundry areas, and several pools.The complex is nicely located so one can walk to shopping at the Nob Hill shopping center on Bay avenue, go to the library, or walk to the beach. You have about a 15 minute walk to the beach. No parking hassles, it's great. This is a good starter place for a first time home buyer.
