Caterina Estates Gated Community in the Royal Oaks Area of Watsonville

Caterina Estates is a gated community of 11 homes. It was developed in the 90's I believe, and is on a gently sloping hill. It is about 20 minutes to Watsonville. You have a nice country feel in a secure sunny setting. Caterina Way is off of Lewis Road in the Royal Oak area of Watsonville. The postal code is 95076, which is Watsonville, but the property is located in Monterey County.It is searched under area 59. This is one of those developments that was done to fill the need for those who wanted a gentleman ranch sort of place, but not too far out. This area has a few other places like this that are gated small communities in the country. Probably the most prominent and was a gated horse home development, was Logan Knolls, which is closest to Aromas.
