Whalers Cove Condominiums in Live Oak

Whaler's Cove condo units are 2 and 3 bedrooms with a reverse floor plan, and have natural wood ceilings,which give a nice light and airy feeling of space. The units have ridge skylights and share the same design as those at Shelter Lagoon in Santa Cruz. This devopment, Whaler's Cove is located in the Twin Lakes area of Live Oak. The units have detached garages, and there is a community pool as well. The 2 bedroom units are around 1300 square feet and the 3 bedroom units about 1500. Whaler's Cove is a nice little complex to live in near the beach and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.This 28 unit development is located on a curve and difficult to find, which is nice that it remains hidden. They will have numbers such as 2-1189 East Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz, Ca. 95062. The development abuts Schwan Lagoon and some units have lovely views of it. This complex is great in that you can walk to the beach, the yacht harbor, restaurants nearby and to the farmers market at the nearby Eas Cliff shopping center.
