There are several entrances as the complex is large.The complex is well maintained and an ideal location for those who go to school nearby at Cabrillo College. Willowbrook Condominiums

Willowbrook is a larger complex in Aptos that has larger units than most in the county. Originally they were constructed in the mid 80's.The location is great for those going to school at Cabrillo College, as it is almost literally right across the street. For those who love farmers markets, this is a short walk with all your tasty veggies.You're within walking distance to a nice little market, a couple of places to eat and also New Brighton Beach. Willowbrook Village Townhomes will be found on Arlington Drive, Cobblestone Court, and Cabot Court.

These units range from 2 bedrooms which are around 1200 square feet to the 3 bedrooms which are nice sized at 1500 -1950s quare feet. The big units are 3 bedroom 3 bath and all feature attached 2 car garages. They have fireplaces and are stucco sided and have red tile roofs. These units are light and bright and have an unusual design. The grounds are nice with mature landscaping, but there are no real amenities in this 110 unit Aptos condominium complex.
