We worked with Gregg Camp for a while to find the right home for us in Santa Cruz, California. Gregg spent much time finding out what our needs were for a second home. His knowledge of the properties on the market was key. He spent a lot of time checking properties from Santa Cruz to Carmel so we could find a second home that was good for our family. He is easy to get a hold of, and Gregg also returns phones calls quickly. It was so important to work with a realtor that knew all areas of the coast, and would point out the pro and cons of each town and property. Once we bought our second home Greg was available to let work men in and check on the work that was being completed. We are very happy to recommend Gregg Camp and a realtor and found his PropertyInSantaCruz.com web site easy to use and a great resource.

Gregg, We just had our first family weekend at the beach home you helped us find and buy in Santa Cruz. What a fabulous home in a terrific location! We had 3 generations at the house and we all had a great time. The house worked out even better than we imagined it would. I always thought owning a beach home would be beyond my reach; you helped us find the perfect house for our family at a doable price. You showed us all the neighborhoods and helped us find one that would work for us and be attractive to vacationers. It’s paying off. In our first 2 weeks of listing the home for vacation rentals, we’ve had 20 inquiries and in yesterday’s mail we received our first check from our first renter. Yay! It’s working out. Your knowledge of the neighborhoods, swim beaches, surfing spots, entertainment options, etc. and how to negotiate for a great price were invaluable. We are thrilled with home and our new lifestyle. Thank you!

We reside in the Phoenix, Arizona area, and were looking for a summer home in lovely Santa Cruz, California.  We found Gregg through his impressive and comprehensive website, PropertyinSantaCruz.com, and first met with him in June 2011.   While we were not ready to make a decision at that point, Gregg had accurately assessed our wishes and our budget.  He really looked out for us over the past year, updating us on market conditions, sending us appropriate listings.  When a perfect fit came onto the market in March 2012, he quickly contacted us and helped us place an offer on the condominium, prior to its receipt of multiple additional officers.  Gregg’s masterful use of the Internet was also a blessing as he sent many of the necessary documents to us via an electronic document service, and kept in touch with us long distance through frequent email updates.  When we experienced “buyers’ jitters” following the offer, Gregg was able to reassure us regarding our investment and kept us informed of the necessary steps we needed to take.  We appreciate his patience throughout the process. We were pleased to close on our lovely Santa Cruz condo just a few days ago.  Gregg was with us every step of the way and was accessible to us whenever we needed him.  Gregg has a great knowledge of the Monterey Bay area and a demonstrated gift to match the buyer to the perfect home—finding us the right home at the right price.  We appreciate his support throughout the buying process.  Thanks a bunch, Gregg, and see you soon in Santa Cruz! We are writing to express our pleasure with real estate agent Gregg Camp, who represented us in our recent purchase of a single-family home.Gregg guided us through the entire process, from loan pre-qualification to searching for houses to making the offer and closing the deal. We credit Gregg with a smooth,   stress-free home-buying experience. This is our second purchase of property, and never had we had such a pleasurable experience. Gregg is savvy, personable and knows the market inside and out. We never could have gotten our dream home without him.

Gregg was responsive, flexible, informative and most affable. His real estate knowledge coupled with his in depth knowledge and love of the area made him an ideal guide for us in the search process. He answered all my questions and prompted me with additional information I didn't know I needed to ask. We are quite pleased with both the experience and the outcome of our working with Gregg.

Thanks for your tolerance. We really appreciate your patience You did a wonderful job of explaining the process of selling our home and buying another. Gregg was very knowledgeable and positive and always encouraging that we would find our house. When we found the house of our dreams there was an offer on it already, but it was not yet accepted. He told us if we wanted it, he would get it for us. We got our house, but without his wisdom, experience, and financing we would have lost out to the other bidder. We found out that a reliable realtor is your most important asset when buying a home. He sold our house in San Jose in a slowing market  ( whew) so that we were able make this move. He always made up laugh and his sense of humor kept us going. We could not have done it so smoothly and easily. We recommend him to our friends.

Gregg handled the sale of my fathers Santa Cruz home following his death. Gregg had been a real friend to my father in the years preceding ( 90 years old) and was a friend to us during this whole sales experience. It was a relief to know he would worry about the details so we didn't have to. We were pleased with our experience. He also help us purchase our Capitola home years earlier.

We wish to commend the work of Gregg Camp for his handling of the sale of our home in Felton on Eaton Drive. His overall approach was excellent. Being a first time seller, not knowledgeable of the process we felt fortunate to have the advantage of his expertise. We will continue to recommend Gregg's service to our friends and acquaintance's.

We would like to let you know of how pleased we are to have Gregg Camp for our agent in selling our Soquel Mobile home and buying our home in Ben Lomond. Has been patient with our myriad of questions and conscientious in meeting our peculiar needs. There was one house that Gregg thought met our needs best, but it was out of range. W He encouraged us to make and offer and negotiated the price down to where we could afford it and it is a house we really love.  Throughout the process Gregg has maintained his sense of humor in of having to answer too many questions from us. Whenever there was a panic on our part, Gregg would calmly explain and have the answers or direct us to the person that would. We think Gregg Camp is wonderful and will recommend him to anyone we know who is buying or selling a home.
